Like so many families, dementia has impacted on ours. I wanted to do something to raise money for a charity which does so much to support both those with dementia and their families. So on Sat 31 January 2026, I’m going to do a 10 hour gig – ‘10 hours straight without a break’ – at the New Bell Inn, Harwich between 1pm and 11pm to raise money for Dementia UK.
Between 1pm in the afternoon and 11pm at night, I’m going to play in the region of 180 -200 songs, with no repeats, and no lyric/ music sheets.
I’ll be joined by some incredibly talented friends throughout the day and I hope that you can join me and help raise some money for a brilliant cause – that will support so many families living with dementia.
